ExamCondensa (examcondensa.com) is operated by Niveditha Hebbar. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our website and services.

3. How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your account.
- To process payments and deliver purchased PDFs via email.
- To generate custom solution PDFs from your uploaded material.
- To improve the Service and fix issues.
- To send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, delivery). We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
4. Data Storage & Security
- Account data is stored in Firebase / Google Cloud Firestore with encryption at rest and in transit.
- Uploaded files and generated PDFs are stored in Google Cloud Storage in the
asia-south1region. - Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay; we only store the order ID and payment ID for record-keeping.
- We use HTTPS throughout the site.

6. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — for session management (Firebase auth session, workflow session). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Data portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format.

8. Data Retention
- Uploaded files are retained for 90 days after generation, then automatically deleted.
- Purchase records and generated PDFs are retained for the lifetime of your account.
- Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us for deletion.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date above will reflect changes. Material changes will be communicated via email or a site notice.
