ExamCondensa (examcondensa.com) is a sole-proprietorship venture. The platform provides AI-generated solved question-paper solutions for university examinations, primarily for IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University). ExamCondensa is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with IGNOU or any other university. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts & Authentication

• Accounts are created via Google Sign-In or email/password through Firebase Authentication.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Products & Pricing

• Ready-made PYQ solutions are available in the marketplace at prices displayed on each subject page.
• Custom generation lets you upload your own course material and question papers; pricing is calculated per question.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change at any time; the price shown at the time of checkout is the price you pay.

5. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Supported methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets — as offered by Razorpay.
• On successful payment, your purchased solutions are unlocked in your account.

6. Delivery

Solutions are delivered in-app. After payment verification, your solutions are unlocked instantly and you'll have lifetime access to it in your account. Access is typically instant but may take up to 30 minutes for custom-generated solutions.

7. Intellectual Property

• Solution content is AI-generated using publicly available university question papers.
• You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased solutions for private study.
• Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of purchased solutions is prohibited.

8. Disclaimers

• Solutions are AI-generated study aids, not official university answer keys.
• ExamCondensa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with IGNOU or any other university. All university names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
• ExamCondensa does not guarantee exam results or the accuracy of every answer.
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamCondensa's liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
